Bode ose – Upper Mountain Cut – ~Freetown Sierra Leone

Wooden / Board houses like this are scattered across Freetown and they give you a glimpse of the country’s colonial history. These houses are reminiscent of 18th century American architecture. This is because many of the freed slaves from America and England were relocated and settled in Freetown Sierra Leone.
